How To Detect GTBank Internet Banking Fraud Online

Today is a brand new day with a brand new tips to detect GTBank Fraud online from your inbox. As we all know how the bank has grown wide developing new ideas to serve their customers, am talking about internet wise. Some people are taking the advantage of that services to defraud people who does not have a better understand of internet itself.


In this post, I want to explain the kind of message the SCAMMERS sent to people in order to get their log-in and be able to access their account without them knowing.

A message is sent to your inbox using GTBank platform to deceive, they will tell you to update or veirfy your account online using personal ID and password. 


Please take note, the numbers on the screenshot, this will help you understand, how they tent to scam some people without them knowing that they just gave out their internet banking access code.


1 - Don't be so much in hurry and you overlook them without you notice. It is true you have seen the link (www.gtbank.com/verifications) this not the actual page they want you to visit when you click, but the real link they want you to visit is (http://www.veri2012.tk/) in order to rip you off your log-ins.


2- You see (click here now), this is another trick. In this case, they used text using Hyperlink to hide this link (http://www.veri2012.tk/) in the text. 


How to detect?
Once you received any kind of message requesting for your log-in(s), please just place the mouse cursor on the link, DO NOT CLICK just place it, then the hidden link will show below. 


This post is meant to create awareness so some people won't fall victim.
